Fire Prevention Training

The Mountain Grove Fire Department provides fire prevention training for businesses at request. These courses provide information to the community on how to prevent fires in the home or at work. This training includes fire safety presentations and fire extinguisher training. We also provide fire prevention education to children in daycares as well as students in elementary. We are proud to offer CPR certification courses for your company or group. Please contact us for prices.

Fire Inspections

We also provide fire inspections for all businesses within the city as well as rental inspections and fire safety inspections for homeowners upon request. Inspections are the foundation of fire safety, and need to become a priority in providing a safer community for you. If you feel like you would like to have an inspection, feel free to reach out to us.

Smoke Detector Program

We have a program that is very important to us. We offer free smoke detectors with installation in low-income situations. We have received donations of smoke detectors from local businesses to provide free of charge smoke detectors for installation. The Mountain Grove Fire Department is continually striving to ensure that every residential home in our coverage area has a working smoke detector. If you need new smoke detectors or simply want your current smoke detectors checked, please contact us to schedule that service.

Community Support

The community support that Mountain Grove Fire receives is phenomenal. Whenever we have a need, all we must do is ask for help and you, the citizens, step up in a large way. No matter the cause, you all show up in force and that assistance is greatly appreciated.
